The hostel's staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise, and it was decent. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and close to popular tourist sites.
The room was small and cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. There was only one bathroom for the entire floor, which meant long waits and it was often dirty.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the friendly and helpful staff who helped with all our needs and offered delicious breakfasts. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the subway which made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere!
The air conditioning was not great, it didn't allow us to lower the temperature very much, making some moments uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not in its best condition, we found some mold and mildew, but overall it did the job.
